Handling in this care is AWESOME. Now, I have only had the car for less than two weeks, so i didn't have much driving experience riding around with the stock suspension, but when i first drove it after all the suspension swap the first thing i though was this thing handles like a Z06! The ride quality is still pretty darn good! It is obviously a little more bouncy, like with any lowered car, but not as bad as i expected. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying everyone should the the 1.4" drop; this is definitely not for everyone. I would say 25% of people would be happy with stock ride height, 50% would be happy with 1"-1.25" and 25"5 would like this set up. If you have a lot of horrible streets then DO NOT get this kit. I honestly think this puts the car exactly where it should be. ever since i first got this car I felt it sat a little to high for a sports car. Now it feels perfect FOR ME.

I wasn't sure about this kit when i bought it, so i also bought the BMR 1.0" drop kit in case I didn't like these. Needless to say I have a brand new set of, still sealed in the box springs for sale.

Update: Been pretty busy but I swapped out springs a few days after installing the 1.4". I replaced my BMR 1.4" lowering springs with some BMR 1.0" lowering springs (I had ordered both the 1.4" 1nd 1.0" in case the 1.4" was too low). I LOVED LOVED LOVED the look of the 1.4" drop but when I tried to chase down why it was a little bouncy I found that the rear struts were sitting on the bump stops. I cut the bump stops to give the rear suspension some room to travel and the rear of the car dropped another 1".

This of course was unacceptable. I called Apex and BMR, both had GREAT customer service. They said that I was pretty much the first convertible to install these springs and together we figured that the verts are probably too heavy for the 1.4" drop. They said to send them back for a full refund. The pics of the car with the black wheels is with the 1.0" drop.

Here are all my pics.

I love it! I have used them on dozens of 4th gens, unbeatable quality parts and like you said their prices are hard to beat. I'm all about getting the biggest bang for my buck.
Yes, the black wheels are just plasti dipped stock wheels.

Thanks!
I have a pretty steep drive way/alley and i didn't hit with the 1.4" all the way around. Our front clips have a pretty good angle on it. I think the V6 has even more of an angle so it should be less of a problem. If you are worried about it you can get their 1.0" front/1.4" rear set up.
