Are you getting the splitter on there to? or just the fog light ports?

Yeah splitter is definitely next on the list. I've also been looking into vinyl-ing the bottom lip to complete the "black" look in the front...but one step at a time!

awesome thanks a lot! ill definitely see if i can throw something together before i spend big bucks on the ports.

and for everyone looking for what i originally stated (cheap bumblebee cover)
http://youtu.be/3lZzFg6T-yc

i finally found it!!! made by american car craft... after contacting them, though, i was pretty disappointed to hear it cost 100 and shipping. I guess this is not so cheap at all. mine as well get t3 ports

They sell a bracket to mount the factory DRL's (from ACS composites).

Yeah it's still the factory DRL's. I think eventually I'll look into possibly changing them, but it looks even better than I thought it would so it's a low priority at this point.

Exactly right. I got my ports at Camaro5 Fest II and talked to Joseph from ACS, and he shipped me the mounting brackets when I got home. I definitely recommend ACS...great people to work with.

Can you buy the splitter separately after?

Is it cheaper to buy them separate and have them installed or just buy the full fascia?

Yeah the splitter can be purchased separately. From what the guy at ACS told me it's a lot more expensive to just buy the whole new fascia, and I imagine it would be kind of a pain to color-match the rest of the car and get it right!

Could you let me know where to get them as well? And did you install them or have a body shop do it?

thanks,
Allen

I just went to ACS's site and they only show the ports for the V6 version... Will these T2 ports not work with the V8 model?????

The only way I know of is from ACS directly...like I said I got mine at the Fest so I didn't order them or anything. And yeah, I had a local body shop do the cutting/paint.

Yeah the T2 ports are ONLY available for the V6, because the bumpers are shaped differently on the V8's. Only way to get the T2 ports is to get the complete T2 fascia with the ports already installed. V8's can get the T3 ports, which are shaped a little differently but still look cool.
