I ordered my 2010 SS in October and am having the military pay for the shipping because I am moving to Germany. I hope to have my baby by Jul 09.

I just moved form there...was at Ramstein! The Camaros that are there are huge, I mean huge hits with the locals so you'll love owning a 2010!

been raised there and lived there for 22 years, my parents still live there. I used to work in the brewery as a teenager, heaven!

Picked up 31 July on Kapaun and love it. Only thing I dislike is the view out the back. It is really hard to see anything backing up. Besides that, this car is a BEAST!

hey there, anybody got some info on the HID-headlamps for germany?

i'm in the US right now with the german air force, but 'll be going back in aug 2011...
so my question is: xenon-headlamps require headlamp-washers and automatic leveling-sensors in germany, does that apply for my maro also? or can i leave it like it is, because i'll have owned it for more than 6 months in the US before i brought it "back" to germany???

It depends on the system in which you will be registering your camaro. If it falls under the US registration system you will not have to modify it at all. If you are going to have to register it through the German system it must mee the TUV standards. (washers for the headlights (xenon only), adjustable headlights (up/down depending on occupents), rear fog light, non-amber/yellow/orange parking lights (the halo lights should suffice) and the speedometer must have KPH). I hope this helps!
