Where can you find 1800hp under one tent at Camaro5fest?

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you guys know a little about our plans for this years Camaro5 fest! We've got a ton of stuff left to do before we head out to Phoenix, but good progress is being made.

First bit of news is we have confirmed 3 great partners who will be sharing our booth this year. We are extremely happy to be partnering with GM Performance Parts, Richard Childress Racing and Torq!

We have been working with GMPP since the introduction of the GM/Pratt+Miller/Pfadt SSX project car. They have been a big supporter of ours since collaborating on the SSX. They will be showcasing the latest and greatest GMPP approved accessories for your Camaro5.

A recently developed relationship we are extremely excited about is with Richard Childress Racing (RCR)! They are breaking into the Camaro5 market with a huge splash, offering to build your Camaro to their ridiculous specifications. The ultimate turnkey tuner Camaro, featuring products that they specifically select. This particular RC3 package equipped car will boast a massive 750 Naturally Aspirated HP. There will be one of these killer RCR cars at our booth featuring our Pfadt Racing Stage 5 suspension package.

Our friends at Torq will be making an apperance as well! We hear that their car will boast an impressive 550hp and should make for another fun car to watch at the Autox and Track Assault!

After checking out our booth, be sure to stop by some of our favorite companies who will also be there. JDP Motorsports, Revolution Styling and Turbonetics will all be there showcasing their latest products.

Booth logistics aside, we are also in the midst of our own Pfadt Camaro build. Details will be soon to follow, but be looking for dual use Street/Road Race/Autox style build. Here are a couple photos to get your appetite going and your minds racing!

Yes, even our jackstands are Orange!

Todays update... Engine mock up!

That's our dummy LS7 we were using for test fitting. Friday is the big day where the engine meets chassis. Saturday is dyno day!

Well that was a ridiculously long weekend! Friday -> Sunday we had 4 guys working on this project getting it all buttoned up. After a few technical issues we got it all fired up yesterday!

Chassis bar!

Preparing to run oil lines to the trunk.

New oil fill system! Holds 2 cases of Mobil1.

Tank complete

Assembling the heads and valve train

Motor completely assembled.

Newly designed motor mounts mount the engine super low. Look at all that clearance between the engine and the strut tower!

Here is a video we worked together of the engines first fire:

And taking it around the block for the first time!

The car is at the dyno today being tuned by Paul from Torq, we will keep everyone posted on results. We're shooting for over 600hp, Naturally Aspirated LS7 with LS3 Accessories and dry sump.

Wow, that sounds awesome!

Understand the benefits of lower center of gravity. What are the issues, if any, with installing these in just any Camaro?

See you Guys at the FEST.

Any idea how much the rear seats weigh? And how did you go about doing the delete, is there a kit?
