I checked and there IS a Charger SRT8 model. You have to "build your own" to see it though.

People know it exists but weren't sure why it (a 4-door) instead of the 2-door challenger would be compared to the Camaro.

Because the Charger is what I drove, not the Challenger. They didn't have one available for test driving. The Charger is 20 pounds heavier than the Challenger and has the same motor - so why does it matter?

he said gm better bring out a quality product to compete with these cars. not that he drove the camaro and the camaro is crap...he never said that cut the kid some slack...at least he is test driving unlike some people who blindly buy a car including the camaro based on a paper with numbers on it and other peoples opinions.

By saying that GM better bring out a quality product to compete that to me is a comparison especially after driving the other two he is making a comparison to something. Relax wasn't trying to offend.

Here's a translation for the kids:

I liked the Charger. I hope the Camaro will be as good or better.

EXCUSE ME.... BUT!!!!!!!!!!

...I'm a die hard Dodge fan. I've had my Magnum RT from new, modded it and it will give an STR8 a good run for its money!

Don’t under estimate what the Hemi's can perform like. Some days its amazing, other days it feels insanely possessed!!

That said, I fell in Love with the Camaro the moment I saw it as a concept and waited patiently until I could order it.

Yes, I think the Camaro does not need to worry about the SRT8 if indeed the Camaro does 4.7s stock. Chargers look amazing, the Camaro.... I don’t have enough superfluous words in my vocabulary that justify it.
