Primary lengths

As my HF DI v6 engine project is different from all on the forum, I am not following all the rules on engine performance as fitted to a Camaro. But a lot of what I learn will be of benifit to all.
I am putting a HFV6DI transverse, mated to a SAAB F40 M6 in a Mid Engined Kit Car.
As you can see from other threads R+D is time consuming and expensive!!
In process is a billet fly wheel + racing cluch to replace the Duel Mass & standard clutch, Ported heads and intake manifold. A dry sump system is in Cad model but not proven - still working out if "billet machined" or "cast" for any production run would be cost efective? & going "Craig Davis" electric water pumps over Internal.
As you can see this is a full race engine.

What I am working on is a exaust system. But would like some basic Info on primary size and lengths. 1 5/8" (seem optimum) primararies but how long?
Long tube headers provide the greatest gain but how long are they? Should I default at 27" or try longer - at the moment only 24" will fit before intricate bends (& $$$$) are required.
Just asking before I spend hours working out how to manipulate longer primariesto fit?
All opinions welcomed.
