Well now i am officially angry and sony and the playstation network cause now for some reason i cannot use netflix as i have been doin since the outage. I cannot stream movies or tv shows this was good enough for me till i knew it was comming back on now i cannot even do this so this is one loyal sony cosumer who is gonna remember this fail of a huge company taking a we bit too long to test their systems for security and such.

Yeah I'm mad about that as well. That was the one thing I could say atleast was working and then all of sudden one day denied. I actually finished up a few shows on the comp. Shitty to go from a 55" to a 20" but what other choice was there.

I REALLY lucked out though. My friend talked me into trying Fallout 3 and it's awesome. NO online at all just story mode and I'm hooked. It couldn't possibly have come at a better time with all this BS going on. Doubt I'm going to beat it anytime soon (not trying to rush the game) but even if I did and this shiz wasn't straightened out by then I'll go by New Vegas.

Still beat about Netflix though.

yea i started playing motorstorm but story mode is kinda short then i relized damn i bet online would kick some ass right now. I might go get New vegas sometime but la noire comes out in a week n half so not trying to spend too much money on games right now since im saving for the ton of games that are comming this fall.

Well Sony should of fixed all the back doors they left wide open long ago.

Only now are they going through every feature with a script kiddies eye to fix those busted locks.

If you re-read that article, they say PSN won't be fully operational until the 31st. They have plans to get the online gaming part up before that, and the store won't be available until month end. Still sucks a lot and my Wii might get some play after the gears 3 beta is done with!

I completely agree 100% that Sony should have been on top of their game in the first place.

Also I heard the 31st as well but I also heard Sony was hacked again an hour ago. Supposedly Sony has lost 2.8 billion since this sh1t started.

Just read the 31st as well on IGN though as someone said above thats the estimated date to get PSN working in full again. I read they are expecting servers to be working for multiplayer games sooner.

Though to be honest I'm willing to be patient as long as they do this right and make PSN secure again instead of half-assing it. I just hope they track the hackers down so they can take their nerdy 40 year old virgin asses to prison where they will be someones b!&#*.

I don't really do allot of online gaming, but have purchased SOCOM 4, Mortal Kombat, and Portal 2 for the PS3 over the last few weeks and it does suck not being able to try them online, or hell I just want to sync Portal 2 with Steam so I can get my free PC download. Still played through SOCOM 4's single player campaign this last weekend, and also do gaming on the 360, and my PC so its not like I'm gaming deprived

All I can say once they come up alot of the games will be barren wastelands. EQ, EQ2, DCUO will be done for. Free months and gear wont keep them active. I allready had to dispute billing for 6 accounts.

I allready know about 350 people that cancelled all their subs and plan to never come back. Entire guilds finally said now they have a true reason to finally quit playing SOE games.

Once they do come back you can imagine the backlog of bug fixes and patches they will have to fill. The way DCUO took forever to get a patch out just now doubled the time.

Just a tip, easiest way to dispute billing for anything.

say you lost the CC and have them send a new one.


Instantly the old numbers are no good, and only those you wish to auto bill with it do you go change.


Its 10x easier then to try and stop someone from auto billing you.


The tables are then turned and the kiss your butt, insted of the other way of they got your numbers and will bill you all they like, take 2-3 more payments, earn intrest on the money then finally give it back when they feel like it.
