Whats the "heritage grill" ?
I keep hearing this referred to, and something about the color of it too...but can somebody please give me the complete info on this option? Is a dealer option, aftermarket or what?

Almost had a 2SS/RS, IOM, orange accent interior, 6 speed manual, sunroof & polished wheels
ordered 10/13 3000 - 2/27 3400 - 3/27 3800 - 4/17 (built and lost in the vortex) ship date ??????? (I gave up and got a GT500) 5/11 - order cancelled 5/27 - vehicle arrived at dealership for whoever bought it after me |

I've honestly never seen that b4, very cool. I like it better than the stock grill, any idea how much that'd run for?

$305.00 is list price - part only. Currently the Grille is not an LPO. ...Only LPO's include the labor for install...OTC or Over the Counter Sales would have to be installed by customer or dealer for an added charge...With Door rates of 90.00 to 150.00 an hour you would need to add 1.5 hours labor to install...
Now, if dealer installs you get the factory warranty 3 yrs 36k ..If you do the install you get 12 months / 12k warranty...no reimbursement for your labor.. |

The Chrome is the horizontal sections of grille and should say "Black Chome"...

That is interesting. it looks like the grill off of the 69 RS camaro.
I am not sure if I like it more than I do the regular grill. I was more a fan of the regular 69 Camaro grill over the RS package look. Would it be possible to switch back and forth between the two, provided you keep bolting them on and off? lol

So I have a couple of questions about the Heritage Grille. I've seen different pictures of the Dale Jr. Camaro. One shows it with the bowtie, and another doesn't. The description of the grille on the GMPP site states the grille doesn't include the bowtie. Anyone know if the bowtie can be used off the factory grille? Or will there be a bowtie available for the Heritage Grille?
Also, has anyone heard if there will be a matching lower grille?
