2012 SS Keyed - looking for bodyshop to fix

[edit] 2011 Camaro - Sorry, was a bit pissed when I wrote this. [/edit]

Anyone know a good body shop in NoVa to fix this.

Still not sure why I got it, maybe they don't like Camaros?

They cut right down to the metal.

Any suggestions appreciated

How did you get a 2012 Camaro? I did not think they were building them yet.

It happened at my kid's soccer game, we are on a field 1/3 of a mile away there was no way to see it. I even came back to check on it once, and it was fine. What a coward, what a loser! Who does these things?

I'm trying to figure what this is a pic of cause it's not a 2012 camaro. Maybe the OP meant 2011, but still, the scratch looks like it's on the pic not the car and what part of the car is it?

That sux big time - probably an Impreza WRX driver! (j/k - it's always kids driving either WRXs or Lancer Evos that give me the stink eye).

OP already edited - it's a 2011 SS. From one Camaro owner to another - I feel your pain, brother!

Oh hey, btw...if you can no longer bear looking at your SS now that it has been rendered imperfect by this hooligan, I'll gladly drive down to VA and trade you for my 2010 2LT!

Hahahahaha Drifter interrupted my fury with laughter! SS > LT

Best I can figure they didn't like my parking job, but I had to be over a bit as they was a ditch to my left (which anyone looking at the car would have seen).

Anyone know where how to fix it? Must I have the whole panel resprayed?

So filler and touch up or whole panel respray?

This panel is connected to roof? Would they respray the whole car?

I really want to minimize the amount of non-Factory paint.

So you were at a soccer game with lot's of parents and kids carrying coolers, chairs, and other crap? Not saying you shouldn't be upset by any means but maybe it wasn't someone trying to "key" your car.

They will have to spray the whole panel not the whole car.

Where in VA are you?

I have to agree, it looks like something dropped on it more so than someone keying it.

This, I think something was dropped on it by accident. Look how straight and symetrical the two vertical lines are. Still suck though because you know whoever did it KNOWS they did it. Did you see another vehicle parked next to you at any point? Maybe it was another parent you can have a nice talk with at the next soccer game.

LOL....dude that's more than just keyed. Bastards! That looks like someone intentionally hit it with something. Looks like it's also slightly dented. You'll have to have it fixed at a body shop.

A few months back I had a garage door guy drop a crow bar on my quarter panel. My scratches werent as bad as yours but still they had to repaint the whole quarter panel and rear bumper. Cost me right at $900. They have to take out the rear quarter panel window which means all that interior right there has to come off. Good thing is if it's done right you'll never know once it's done.
