WRX? You got 2 many toys. . When I run, I'll be the slowest car in my class due to driver skill.
There's an existing hole in the firewall but a little PITA to access. It is right above the power cable (about 1.5" up). You can "feel" for it from inside the engine bay, just stick your hand up behind the brake. Pretty decent size and it is already smooth.

BTW, I thought you went with a custom bumper? OE SS?
They are different. The bottom of the front lips are different. Not sure why that was necessary.

yeah, adams polish and zaino are probably one of the best polishes you can buy on the market. I used zaino on my car but i just dont have time anymore to put on that many coats of polish for my car. i recently switched to Meguiar's NXT 2.0 wax because it was super easy to use and cheap.

Aloha and welcome to Hawaii! And a Happy New Year to you, and all, as well.

Couple car groups around the island, 808 Camaro's and Hawaii F-Body Association. Both are semi active, different events and what not here and there. And there are plenty of us individuals who would be up for getting together and saying hi, so if you are up for meeting what's around the island, just say so

Again, welcome!!
James

Happy New Year!

Everyone should come out to the AutoX. Next event is on Sunday and is held at the Aloha Stadium with the first cars on the track around 9:30. It's very fun and safe for the car (except the tires). I'll be in the first heat with my 4th gen. So far, I ran my 5th gen once and someone rented an SS and raced. We have been having a bunch of Hawaii Performance Mustangs come out recently and at the last race had about 6 Mustangs to 2 Camaros. Need better representation, yo!

It's tons of fun and open to any skill level. If anyone wants more details, check out sccahawaii.org or hit me up. I'll post a video of the 5th gen run as soon as I get it from Calvin.

Also, I believe there is a car show on January 22 at the Stadium. I might be entering that one so come and show your support!

Sounds good, I'll try and make it. Probably won't run though, just come for fellowship.

21" rim option

By the way, anyone interested in a set of the 21's? They are 245's all around as they came off my V6. Less than 1200 miles. I'm open to reasonable C5 members offers.
