Recommendation for oil filters?

Im going to begin doing my own oil changes so I am curious to see what you all recommend for oil filters. Any particular brand? Also, I've heard of a magnetic oil plug, who makes these and where cna I find them?

The oil plug I am about to get is here,

http://www.magneticdrainplug.com/Aut...lugs/AP04.html

Also I have just started using Wix oil filters that I get when I order my Amsoil. They are supposed to be very good.

I am running the AC Delco filter. That way if I ever suffer from the "filter media plugging oil passages" that some have voiced concerns about the GM tech will see AC Delco printed right in the filter.

If I would go with anything else Wix would be my only option. That is what I will run after warrenty is up.

Wix filters are high quality and reasonably priced.
