Congrats on sweeping him. But sorry with all that power both cars 1/4 times should be better. ESPECIALLY the Challengers lol. I think he needed a little driver mod. I just feel like all the cars on that show run a lot slower then they should in the 1/4? Great looking Camaro though man

Way to rep! But both looked a little slow in the 1/4, however Eric is an exceptional driver from the track footage. I bet he could have been a little more agressive on the ski course but a consistant driver was all that was needed against an SRT.

I cannot believe they misspelled CamAro, I mean how hard is it to spell anyways?!

Great Job Eric!!!
I know, they also managed to misspell my last name. Cederberg turned into Derberg or something haha

Thanks man!

Thanks so much!

In short:

Torq Ported Heads
Torq Custom Cam
Kooks Headers w/ cats
MBRP Cat-back
LSR Intake

Pfadt Adjustable Coil-overs
Pfadt Trailing Arms
Pfadt Sway bars
Pfadt Diff bushings

I know him personally and he called me from that event trying to find a local dyno shop to tune his car for those conditions. We invited them to the first Camaro5 Fest and he is a great ambassador for the Challenger.

You have your Camaro set up fantastic and really have the experience behind the wheel. I feel the Camaro may still have won, but I would have loved you guys to switch cars and do the event again...

Congratulations Erik! You are the man !!
Thank you Speedster for the kind words. Jeff is a great guy and I hope to meet him again at future events. Very down to earth and again, he has a sick car!

I would have loved to at least tried the Challenger for a lap or two, just to see how the whole kit felt on track.

Hope to meet up with you soon!

I know I need a lot of driver mod, but drag racing is new to me so I am learning every day!

Thanks!

That is true, I could have been more aggressive. But they actually didn't show my fastest time, I guess just to make it more fun for TV. Jeff had 2 clean runs without hitting any cones as well. I just wanted to be consistent and not knock any cones over myself

Great job Erik. I met Jeff and speedy1975 at the CamaroFest 1 down in GA. last year. They had about 4 more of their Challenger friends with them. They were at the HOOTERS enjoying themselves. No Camaros in the lot but 6 very nice looking Challengers all parked together bullying a small corner of the lot. I parked my Camaro right in the middle of them. LOL!! When they saw me park and get out of the car they were on the outside deck and yelled at me to come on up and join them. I had a hell of a good time hanging out with those guys. Very nice group who were great sports the whole weekend letting the Camaros beat up on them at the track. Couple of those cars had some real HP under the hoods. I'm hoping to make it down to their Challenger Fest in Bowling Green KY this year. I missed their first one last year.

You're high, thats on the low side likely for what that engine can produce.

Hahahahahaha Im sorry but thats hilarious. Give me that thing and I'll put it into mid 12s.

But anyways great job again Erik! Most of the time on this show people dont seem to be all that good drivers but I must admit you are an exception to that.

Thanks for the in!
And then he puts on drag radials to handle the power and wait for you at the end of the 1/4...when you get there two seconds later.

Okay? Thats what should happen I dont have a TT built V8.

Sorry but no way in hell you are logically countering the fact that its sad my V6 is only .4 seconds slower with almost half the wheel horsepower.

I cant believe he threw that much money into the car and didnt get driving lessons and some tires.
