Sounds good, I'll have this thread a little more organized when I get home on my desktop computer.

Times and specific meet points will be posted as the time gets closer.

Open to any suggestions.

I should be retired by then. A road trip would do me good after 46 years of working.
I'll be looking for details here as things progress.

The show is August 7th and 8th. We will be heading down August 6th (Thursday). I'm about an hour from Summit as well, but in the youngstown area.

Members of the (CONO) Camaros of Northwest Ohio are currently contemplating on joining the Caravan.

It looks like there are several nice stops south of Cincinnati off of I-71 (i.e. Mall in Florence, KY) that would accommodate large groups and would allow you to arrive there around noon.

Perhaps a member from or near that area could give some input.

Will keep on eye on the posts and get back.

If you guys would like to that'd be great. I was going to setup points from Toledo, but if you do that it saves me the hassle lol.

The Florence mall would be a great meet up point for both groups. There are places to fuel and places to eat if someone is hungry haha.

If you setup your caravan, I can add it to one of the first posts so it stays organized. Or, if you want I can setup a couple points for you guys, up to you.

Right now we have at least 25 camaros going and that's not including anybody that has shown interest on this forum.

Pm me if you need anything.

Ok... I have a couple suggestions for the Toledo meet.

They are both on I-475 at Exit 2.

Option 1:

Town Center At Levis Commons
3201 Levis Commons Boulevard
Perrysburg, OH 43551

Option 2:

Speedway/Waffle House
26020 Dixie Hwy
Perrysburg, OH 43551

I figured this exit would be able to get everyone in the Toledo and surrounding areas without many people back tracking. Option 2 will have an easier time staying together leaving the starting point as there are only two right turns. Option 1 has a left turn at a traffic light.

Just as a side note: Pulling out of the Waffle House there in Perrysburg will be a challenge keeping everyone together as well. A lot of traffic coming from the South.

Also, I-75 From Perrysburg to Findley is Under Construction and will be into 2016 (Widening from 2 Lanes to 3 lanes). Be careful driving through there and have a lot of patience.

Just my 2 cents... Can't make it myself due to 2 long vacations this year.

Hi I am from a little town in SW PA called Mount Pleasant. I would like to catch up to you guys probably at the second stop in Washington Court House, OH. It will take me approx. 4 hrs to catch you guys there. If I am reading correctly you should be there around 9:30AM. My wife and I already have our hotel reservations made. Please PM me so I can keep in touch with the route and your schedules. Thanks Henry

Thanks for the information. I may be choosing a different location but not sure yet. If someone knows the local LEO in the area we can possibly get an escort to the interestate (pending how big the group is).

I-65 south of Louisville is the same, not sure on the completion date right now though, but the construction is 25 miles of 55 mph lol! If they start up construction on 71 south of Cincinnati again we may take 75 to Lexington and take the parkway to 65.
