RX Breather Issue
Can somebody help me understand why my breather cap is soiled with oil after only a few weeks of use?
I thought the breather had a checkvalve that was suppose to prevent oil from coming out? Only air is suppose to go in, correct? I was thinking that maybe maybe I got a poorly manufactured piece because when I ordered, there was a backlog of breather caps from their suppliers. This may have created a rush to fabricate mine. BTW, I have a V6 and capped off the fresh air makeup line. |

Have you asked Tracy? You may have got a faulty valve. It happens.
