Exhaust..

So what exhaust is everyone planning on making their V8 roar with?

I personally am going with Magnaflow.

I'm waiting for videos of ACTUAL CAMARO'S with different brands of systems before I decide. Then I'll try to find the least expensive product with a sound I know I'll enjoy for a long time, i.e. I won't be getting anything as loud as the setup I had on my vette. Fun for the first year, but by the 2nd year it was getting to be a bit much.

I know it is a bad comparison but i love the way SLP sound on the fbodys so i might go down that road but i am also leaning toward Borla depending on sound. But all i know is that the stock is not going to last under there long.

LOL I figured that I might end up at that conclusion too. I'd like to try em since I've already had Corsa before and I want this car to sound deeper than my vette did w/ the Corsa.

I hear a lot of good things about Bassani and those others... but honestly I have always loved the Flowmaster sound, maybe it does not produce as much horsepower... but that sound is amazing!! I had it on the Mustang, and my '73 K5 Blazer! OMG!!! That was amazing, a Chevy sounds amazing with Flows. I also have a Flowmaster on my FJ not bad for a V6 when it first starts up it Roars! but not like the Blazer did.

American Racing Headers, Custom X pipe with dual electric cutouts, then maybe flowmaster...simply because with the cutouts I can run for max power, and with them closed I can have killer sound. Should sound WAY better than 4th gens, because of how their exhaust was set up...if not flowmaster, then probably magnaflow...because they sound decent and usually make good power.

One of my neighbors has a Corvette with the SLP loudmouth exhaust. All stainless steel too. That thing sounds AWESOME -- downright vicious. I wonder if SLP is going to make a loudmouth system for the Camaro?
