Covering My Camaro

Well first off let me say I live in michigw so the weather can be pret crazy round here. But I only plan on driving it during the summer. No snow/salt will touch my car.

During the winter I was planning on buying a storage unit to store it in. I know I will need a cover when I store it inside to protect against dust. But when it's outside it will be under a carport at my town home. Should I cover it? Do you think that it would bring too much attention if it was covered (not that our neighborhood is bad but just afraid of what could happen.) I heard that car covers outside have a tendency to collect mold and mildew.

I am still undecided if I should get the cover for when I'm just at home during the summer. I will be driving it almost every day at most it would be like 2 days I would go without driving it.

If so please recommend any certain types that you think of me looking into also.

Well I'd really appreciate any feedback anyone has.

I wouldn't cover it under the car port, as the wind blows it around you'll get small scratches all over

Keep in mind you have to wash the car prior to every time you put the cover on, or it will grind dirt into the cover and scratch the car. I would only cover it with a breatheable dust cover during the long storage.
