Reality check time people....
You cannot read the stickers on these cars, they put on all the same stickers you will see on the production cars on the pre production cars.. that is all the process of checking out every aspect of production... IF you could see the actual "price sticker" on the windshield of these cars I would almost guarantee that it would say on them, NOT FOR RETAIL SALE, PROPERTY OF GENERAL MOTORS. (I have seen cars with this sticker)

I see your point if there were 50 prepro's there, But Elvis is saying there is like 200 there. There are already alot of CTF cars out there. I'd say these are for the dealer showrooms.

I think the last thing I saw him write was that they hadn't shipped any cars yet.

I'm betting some of these are production cars.....the dealers aren't getting SS's....say for those guys in the 3400+ realm..........I can wish, right.

Talked to my sales manager this afternoon and he actually told me that he wouldn't be surprised if mine and any of the other 3400+ cars that got pulled in early Feb were sitting somewhere built and waiting to ship.

He also mentioned that when he gets his display car, the regional manager asked him to put the car cover on it and not unveil it til the May event. He said he was able to sell it, but he couldn't deliver it until after the May unveil. That would be hard to handle.

I said, " I won't have to wait for mine though?" He said no, I could have mine when it arrived. WHEEEEWWWW!!

I'm going to my dealer with my 2SS to help them promote the vehicle during the "unveiling" event.

I recommend all owners that receive their cars prior to the event to do the same.
Especially since the dealer will have a v6 and we'll all have the SS.

I think many/most of these are dealer cars. Too close to SOP for more test cars. A set of binoc's would tell for sure though. Either way, it's good that we're starting to see some sizable numbers. The more we see means the better chance of getting to full production capacity sooner. And we all know what that means!

I noticed 2 things. No stripes (hence my agreement that these are dealer cars) and no front plate brackets (which likely supports the idea that those are dealer installed).
