Question Need to remove wax!

Hey everyone!! I need to remove the wax from the trunk of my car!! I just removed my stock spoiler and will be installing a 3pc spoiler that goes on using 3M tape... so therefore have to make sure that the tape will stick good and need to know what can i use to remove the wax... i waxed my car about 2-3 weeks ago. Any suggestions???

I think you will also want to wipe it down with IPA. Just pour water on the decklid, if it beads you still have a pretty high surface tension on the surface, if it does not bead that is good for making things stick to the surface.

I mixed the two things. I washed my hood with Dawn Dish Soap then wiped down the section for my hood spears with IPA. Worked great.
