When are the Crazy Canuck Camaro owner's getting there 1st Oil Change

Some in the USA are changing at 500 too 800 miles and I think thats way too early

Anybody up for going to the Mainstreet Cruisers Meet this Wednesday, July 29. It is at the Wendy's 66 ST & 25 AVE around 7-730 PM. If some other 5th gens are willing to go I would be down for sure

The meet in Lacome is at the cross intersection of highway 2A and 12. It is mainly bikers (we used to run Harleys had to let them go for the camaro), but there is usually a few collector cars that show up as well.
I will look into when they meet there, it is nothing formal, just a bunch of people looking for a place to ride and show off thier iron.

Rockets ... I have changed my oil at 800 km's and then at 1700km's ... going to give it the "big " service at 5000, engine rear diff tranny ,ect.

Might be able to do the wed. night thing , still a ways off. i will let everyone know :-)

Frosty's are delicious! but no eating them in the Camaro! See you there. I'm going to be there around 7-730

Well I'm going too Change around 2000kms just before I head too Vancouver

But not changing the others tillmuch later.

Had many New Vehicle's and waited till 5000km and my diesel duramax's 10,000km and never had any use oil or any problems.

Not sure about the Synthetic oil in which we have Mobil 1 in our Camaro's so will change 2000 too 2500 but it has not used a drop so far and just about 2000kms on now

no camaro for me. was suppose to be here this week. was shipped early last week.
i didnt think i should believe the dealer, 2 weeks cross country seems fast for CN car freight on bulk discounts methinks. i was getting ramped up for the long weekend, and i stopped in at the dealer. no car, no idea where it is. not sure how that can be. LeSigh.
too late to stop payment the 50k. took the motor apart on my other car last weekend, so now im boned for the long weekend.

can someone loan me a micro violin, so i can write my own country song?

good stuff tonight. good to see the 5th gens out in force. we had 5 Camaros out to the Mainstreet meet. 2 IBM 2SS/RS, 1 Yellow w/black stripes 2SS/RS , 1 silver w/black stripes 2SS/RS and my Victory Red 2LT RS

Good to see you all out there and hope to see you at another meet!
