so who is gonna go pre-order Halo 4 and Halo Combat Evolved Anniversary?

i will be going to pre-order both games today!

Don't understand the hype around halo. Played all of them and I just can't get into it. Gears is better

No kidding. I was expecting a new trilogy as opposed to a continuation. Here's hoping there's no sequelitis as has been the case with CoD.

Definitely looking to forward to both though! I never played the original Halo (I jumped on board with 2 and just never picked up the original), so I'm anxious to get another shot at that. Halo 4? My heart raced at the mention of the name. I LOVE the Halo universe, and I'm glad we'll get to see the Chief back in action.

I never played xbox. Never played Halo, and got caught up in the hype of Halo 3 when it launched. I went out on release day and bought a Halo 360 and Halo 3. I liked it so much I went out and bought the first two. They were all great games. I still haven't ever played ODST. I'll pick it up somewhere for cheap. lol

Apparently it IS a new trilogy. As in a Halo 5 and 6 after this one.

Well, new in the same sense that Episodes I, II, and III of Star Wars was technically a new trilogy.
I guess I should specify: I wasn't expecting to see Master Chief again.

I hope they can bring back Halo, It's been on a decline since 2. At least for me.

As for combat evolved. I will definately get it.

I loved Halo on the PC (as that's where the game was originally going before Microsux bought up Bungie) and I bought Halo 2 for PC too.

IMO - Halo2/3 should have just been one game....would have been more enjoyable by far. I've beaten Halo 3 on my buddies Xbox, but I don't own one....

I may have to consider getting a used one just to play the Halo games...but it's considerably low on my list because I don't want a Xbox just for 3-5 games..

I will Get Halo 4 (Hated Halo 3 and ODST, But Halo Reach was much Better imo)
