Not a bad way to spend three hours on a Saturday.
Remove coil packs ![]() Prep ![]() High temp Dupli-color Chevy Orange (or color of your choice) ![]() Three coats ![]() Avoid the wife for the rest of the day ![]() ![]() Enjoy!

Very long. I used the same paint (different color) on my GTO. Three years later it looked exactly the same. I actually want it to fade a little.

Did you just clean and tape them for prep or did you have to scuff them up a little?

Looks really good. Makes me want to ditch the engine cover do this. I have the same paint laying around at home, maybe I will give this a try.

Very easy. Just unclip the top, pull the bottom off and remove two bolts holding each one. Just make sure everything is put back on nice and tight. I forgot to clip one of them back on and my CEL came on. Popped the hood saw one of the clips dangling. Snapped it back on and CEL went off.
