Well that was the last major change I made. It's almost been 2 years. But today that changed because I just bought a set of BBK headers.

I also bought a second radio face in which I had a set of decals custom made based off the actual face so that I can paint it to match the rest of my interior and then put the stickers on but currently on TDY so I cannot do it right now even though I want to.

Christmas gifts to myself
- Magnaflow X-pipe (help with the headers)
- IPF Tune (help with the headers)
- Ported Throttle Body
- Framless mirror too when I install the painted radio face since I'll be at it
- ZL1 rockers (miss the look of my Havoc and the ZL1 look the same but bolt on way better)
- ACS T4 splitter w/undertray and deflectors

Saw the great deal Tim at T&T Performance had on a set of Pedders Supercar Coilovers so I jumped on those. Left my place this morning at 5am and got back to my place at 6pm.

Long day but so awesome.

Here are the coilovers prior to install

My car lining up to the lift

My old rear shock with my Eibach Spring

And Boom!

And then the front of nothingness lol

and another boom!

Oh and here is the oem stuff... lol so icky

Getting my alignment

Got dark before I could take a full photo of it all on the ground but I kept the same height 1" lowered from stock. And boy do these things make the car planted and feel awesome! I am in love with these, only suspension mod and man it feels like a whole new car, these rock!

First V6 with Pedders Supercars?

Big update

I went on leave yesterday so a day filled with airports but when I got back to Kansas I was opening all my parts!

T4 splitter with the underside of the undertray, figured that would look better than the part that is covered by the splitter lol

My first full carbon fiber piece, Seibon ST trunk, super shiny but that'll be getting painted

and this is why I wanted it, it looks beautiful. Once this is on my car I probably will love this one little piece the most

Got this last week and already installed: Vmax throttle body got a deal for $100 so that was a quick no brainer

The ZL rockers just chilling in my basement

My BBK stainless headers w/high flow cats and new gaskets from Maureen. Plastic container is easier to store them in compared to the box that they were shipped in.

And my Xpipe to kill the drone when my headers go on

I haven't looked at the hood yet since I got back super late and it was all boxed up still in the garage, should check that out sometime later today

More to follow too

---

Just got a super low jack, way more clearance over my aluminum racing one. New on the left Old on the right

---

RkSport Ram Air Hood

Okay, the car went into the shop on 1/14/14 (good date to remember right?) but before that I tried to get the hood into the vehicle that was transporting the rest and giving me a ride home but the hood would not fit. So I had to audible, and install myself, which was straight forward but the two parts that I got stuck with were the wind shield washer bracket (I hate push pins) and then the hood prop (little metal half circle) getting it off was easy back on not so much.

Here are the photos from that day though

No hood

New hood

Dropping her off at my shop

Now before I get to how she turned out Iíll do a recap on what I was having done.
- RKsport Ram Air Hood painted to match with white stripes
- Seibon ST trunk painted to match with white stripes
- ZL1 rockers smoothed and fully painted to match
- ACS T4 splitter painted to match
- ACS T4 undertray painted to match
- ACS Wind deflectors painted to match
- BBK Stainless Steel headers with high flow cats

My guy didnít install the Xpipe I bought and I agree I like how it is, no rasp that I have noticed yet and the drone in the cabin is barely more than I already had from the MRT exhaust.

I got quoted on a week and a half but it turned into 17 days because they painted the hood and trunk in the booth and it was all fine then they installed them and the Orange didnít match. This was because the color code they got from the manufacturer has changed since my Orange came out. But they are an excellent shop, called me up and told me the problem and that they will make it perfect. I love perfectionists just like me. So it was back to square one with the hood and trunk.

Went to pick her up today and I saw her nose poking out of the parking lot when I was driving up and I was like WOW!! I think she looks amazing. The front is so much more awesome with the new aggressive hood and the splitter!

And then when I got out of the car I came in I saw the trunk and this is my favorite piece. Itís so subtle unlike the rest of my car lol

So I talked with my guy a little before I went to leave, after I paid though lol, and when I cranked her up, she is a lot louder now. And now I am in love all over again.

Half way before I got home the CEL kicked on but I knew that was coming and last week I ordered an NA IPF Tune from Matt@FSP (awesome gent and thank you!) Ten minutes later the CEL is cleared! And I turned it over in the garage, soooooo much louder. It was awesome!
It was louder than my neighbors ZL1 while garaged with just the MRT exhaust (he agreed) and now it's like two cars are in the stable.

And the hood has great fitment in real life in the photos looks like the gap is bigger than it is, stupid photos...

Sorry for the story and as well as the photos, in the middle of a camera upgrade so I donít have my Nikon body and the sun wasnít out today (snow/sleet/rain) so it doesnít look too Orange and there is a small White Pearl in the stripes but you can see it under light and they said in the sun so once the sun comes out Iíll do a photo shoot next week.

Here they are, enjoy!

Yeah I love them, they do get dirty but I'll be swapping them sometime for some better ones. Already been in contact with Nineball!

Well got my first photoshoot done, though still a gloomy day, might be getting upwards of 10 inches of snow tomorrow so the sun was playing hard to get…

To show off the rear vents on the hood. The stripes also wrap around the edge which I love

The Undertray for the T4 splitter, had that painted as well and forgot to show that prior

I like this one since the cloudy sun in the back ground with the imminent snow

I love what you've done with your car! Definitely looks badass, love the front view. I really like your trunk lid too! I don't think I've seen that one before. A lot of the aftermarket lids/wings border on tacky or are just too much. But yours is sweet; subtle yet noticable

Thanks! Glad you made your way over here

Yeah if you don't know what you're looking at it just looks like a normal trunk, then you scratch your head and are like ahh I see

Just waiting on my wheels to finish the exterior!

You didn't have a link to your thread in your signature so I had to hunt you down haha!

Your signature picture doesn't do your car justice, I had no idea how much you've done with it.
What wheels are you getting?

Haha I used to have it in my signature but then I updated it and I guess it didn't work lol. Thanks for hunting me down though (Just put it back in, still need to change the photo and the mod list in it but going to wait for my wheels)

Yeah the photo in my signature is back from 2011

Some black OEM 1LE/ZL1 10 Spokes going to powder coat them white
