HID flickering on DRL?
Hey guys! I just recently put HID lights in my Camaro and I thought they were ok, until I drove in the daylight with the DRLs on! They flicker and strobe with the DRLs on. I don't think it's a ballast problem, because they work perfect in other modes other than auto with the DRL. What can I do guys?! If you need to know anymore info to help me let me know.

I made my own, but its something like that. You need something that will smooth out the pulsed signal caused by the DRL. Also, using power from the battery won't cause damage to the factory harness. You don't have to get this one, but its something like what you will need. Some vendors here sell them. |

Or simply kill the DRL's, By using a relay per light and use the front marker's to turn on the headlights.

With that harness it cuts off the DRL and then your headlights come on with the switch or auto at night, all you need is 2- 30A relays and wiring it up.
