Neriah's 2011 Build, Stage 1, complete, with pics

Since Neriah is SLEEPING right now, I figured I'd debut his progress to his build to everyone else

We just installed:
BMR 1" Drop coils
Dynatech 1 7/8 Headers
Dynatech high flow cats
Borla ATAK cat back exhaust

Pictures are totally out of order, but you get the idea.

I hope you like the ATAK system. Looks great, but I want to hear how bad the drone is.

Yes you do! But, we don't always have cool Camaro builds going on. 99% of the time our shop is filled with trucks.

Come take my car for a drive. I have A6 and Atak. I've installed Borla, Magnaflow, Flowmaster, Corsa, B&B, and probably more. My Atak has no drone! None. Not even a percent of a percent. In fact when driven mildly, it's the quietest inside of any system we've installed. I am super sensitive to drone. I couldn't stand my Borla Type S. But the Atak is super quiet when you want it to be.....But, when you get on it... Look out, so flippin loud! I love the Atak system for these 5th gens.

Come out for a drive

I'm running the borla xr1 long tube race headers with no cats and the catless atak setup all the way back, you can drive mine also, ZERO drone... Ask Neriah I drove him home the other day and he was like, " dude its hella quiet in here." And we had the windows up and down....

When i talked to the borla guy at CamaroFest he said that the ATAK system would be less likely to drone than the S-type

Jarrod.... ZERO drone.... Cruising speed its silent. Step on the gas and its LOUD! Its perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Even in Jason's car with no cats its quiet when you want it to be with no drone. I got the high flow cats, but it sounds pretty much the same. +1 for the Borla ATAK and Dynatech LTs.

So took a drive up to lincoln yesterday, Took 160 to 5. at 70 in 6th gear its pretty damn quiet. You can only start to hear it over 70, or of course when you get on it No CEL's yet after 300 miles. The suspension feels great. Could not be happier with the current set-up.
