Oh mine hasn't been built yet.:( But... some folks from[my] TPW 8/15 got their VINs today!!! So I'm hopeful mine will be produced ASAP this coming week!

Seems the bigger dilema has been the shipping of vehicles once they are built. Railcar shortage has been reported as one cause. sigh.

Oh well, ya can't keep this OKIE down! 'cause my mama always told me, ...."good things come to those who wait!" [and boy have I been waiting...and waiting...and waiting...]

I ordered mine on November 9, 2009 and took delivery on January 23, 2010... two and a half months. Yours should be close.

Yes, we are supposed to be able to track our car during rail transit.
I need to re-read those instructions, but once we find out the rail car #, there is an 800 automated# that gives tracking update info.

Dear diary,
I didn't sleep much last night...just as I had figured. LOL!

Kept checking my email today at work for a possible notification from GMconnects for a status update, but that didn't happen either. I'll just be glad to have confirmation that my car is actually built; until then, I remain skeptical.[probably due to the facts: (1: I ordered a car in May and that didn't happen, and fact (2: my dealer hasn't been very forthcoming with info re: status changes etc.] Dunno...maybe it's just me seeing the glass as half empty, but right now, I'm kind of a "doubting Thomas"! snort!

No more sleeps, peeps! It is what it is.
