Nitrous what come in zex kit?

hello everyone i am about to order a zex nitrous kit, and was curious as to what comes in it... Every site i have looked at gives very vague info as to what is actually included... But i guess the only thing i want to know is does it come with a switch or anything to control when it turns on and off???

"this innovative nitrous system’s Active Fuel Control™ adjusts fuel delivery with changes in nitrous bottle pressure, so that your engine never runs too rich or too lean while spraying. In addition, the system also offers an electronic TPS switch for reliable system activation at wideopen throttle; perfect for the Camaro’s throttle-by-wire system."

It has a throttle position switch combined in the module that houses the solenoids. That allows it to come on when at WOT.

I would also purchase the purge and window switch right away. You can then get some other components little by little. Like bottle warmer, remote bottle opener, and some other safety equipment.

If you are looking for a complete system with some good tech help. Let me know. I can give you some in site on a good system as well as how it all will work on your platform.

If not, best of luck with Zex. Nitrous is a blast either way if setup correctly.

Hey graham, I heard that its safer to use nitrous when combined with e85 due to the nature of high octane at 105-110 and its cooling traits. I also heard that you gain more HP when spraying vs gas. For an example, a 50hp 50 shot would net you around 75-85 with E85. I've heard that some folks switch to E85 just to spray. How true is all this?
