Have pics? I'm curious of the fitment. Thanks

I don't think that "+20" offset is gonna work, that's not enough offset I believe.

Oh, I know 20x9 on all fours will work, but I still don't know about that "+20" offset. Most wheels that fit on the Camaro are like +35 or +40.

True enought......I didn't catch that in the OP. if you want to put 20 x 9's on the front and really have them fIt well, they should be +40's.....or a little less will work too.

I'm running the stock rear 20x9's all the way around with 275/40/20 tires - link to pics. The stock rears have a +40 offset and even with that, I'd say the inside of my front tires sit maybe 1/4-3/8" away from the front spring mounts - I have about enough clearance to slide the tip of my pinky finger between the tire and the mount. If you went with a +20 offset, I think you'd likely rub the spring mounts from time to time, depending on which size tires you use up front since you'd be moving that inner edge of the tire/wheel 20mm closer to the mount.

You have it backwards. Going from a +40 to a +20 will decrease the backspacing, not increase it. A 9" wheel with a +20 will probably stick out of the wheel well a little bit.

WOW at all the FAIL in this thread.

This guy has it right. Imagine your stock wheels sticking out about an inch further front and rear.

Common offset on a 20x9 wheel on the front for the right "stance" is in the +28mm to +32mm range. I've been running the factory 20x9 +40 offset wheels on all 4 corners for well over a year and it looks great and handles better ( reduces under steer ). It would even look better if all four 20x9's had a +28 to +32 offset moving the wheel/tire assembly outward roughly .3" to .5" more. This would also give more wheel/tire clearance for the strut in the front.

I wouldn't say there has been massive amounts of "FAIL" in this thread!!! Come on, one guy got his offsets mixed-up!!! Not a big deal, it happens to all of us at one point or another. Other than that, the advice in this thread has been fairly accurate, don'tcha think?!?!
