Definitely hire a lawyer and it should get dismissed if your record is clean (gonna cost you though). Worst case is an afternoon in traffic school.

I drove to Tampa and back yesterday and those F***ers were everywhere on the alley and I-75.

Mine was made 02/20 # 336. At this point it does not really matter because none of the cars are being shipped yet. Except maybe yours will not have frost bite on the tires.

Well, my LPE rear end-links finally arrived. 'Much thanks/props to Erik@Lashway for getting them installed during my lunch break today. 'Got 'em nice and tight on the sway bar's tightest setting. It took a bit longer than expected, as he had to get some longer bolts for them (fortunately, Broward Bolt is right down the street from them), as the threading wasn't long enough to reliably get the ones they came with secure to my [thicker-than-normal/stock] LSR sway bar... It's amazing what a difference they make in handling (well, vs. having a broken end link, at least--LOL). It's almost too easy to slide the rear around in quick turns with my hard-@ss tires! It's even scarier when the pavement's wet.
