What RPMs are you launching at? I have not practiced my launch yet, but can't wait to.

Hey Tom, I know of somebody with too many Nittos and just your size! What you really need is a set of Nitto 275/40/20 555R Drag Radials for a good hook up (unused and lonely in my garage). OKAY, so I'm reaaalllly advertizing Sons can even mount em up for you!

I can't tell you other wish you would beat me!

My experiance and mine only.....

I stage really fast and come up on the clutch until it's just ready to grab. Then I go to 4000 rpm's and slowly release the clutch. Kinda like when you take off from a stop light. If you just dump the clutch you spin the tires and your run is over. If you go to the 1/4 thread on Camaro5 you can get a good idea of what I'm talking about. I think the best guy out there goes by the name of Orangechevy. If your going stock tires like me that's the what I do. I'm pretty sure that's what the other guys do, but I could be wrong.

No I bought the lingerfelter light. The questions I was asking people were about the wiring. They both connect to the same place. After watching a video on Aeroforce gauges I think I'll sell my Lingerfelter and go with them. It's gauge that measures a bunch of parameters including rpm's and they said it can be used as a shift light. Nice part about it is it just plugs into the ODB port. Short and sweet.

The IOM with the white stripes in the picture has a Vortech SC. He doesn't have it on the windshield though.
