The two tone leather in any color I've researched is going to cost anywhere from $799-1000 the way I want it. I guess it's time to save after this whole lighting adventure destroyed my pocket book.
What about katzkin or leatherseats.com? I'll see what the stock ones cost.

The prices I gave were actually within those two same companies (depending on options though, as that's why there was a range). They have good stuff though, and well worth the money. Stock black SS leather seats come up every now and then for anywhere from $550-800. For a few extra hundred I'd rather get two toned leather new and custom stitching and embroidery, and it seems like you want to go that way too.

I thought the same thing, lol. If I found some SS OEM seats for $400 I'd buy that. However, I usually see them for $550+. Some people sell them used here for absolute boatloads, and expect to get it too. They don't realize that custom seats can be made for cheaper and of better or the exact same quality. Classic

I know pyroboy is selling complete leather seats. Not sure on price but he sells things pretty cheap. He is coming down next week i think so might be worth a shot.

This last Saturday I got all the lighting installed. It took about 17 hours (from 9am-2am in the morning) to complete. My friend Jesse who has worked for lots of high end shops is amazing with electrical work and is located in Anaheim. So, I figured he would get a lot more cut of the dough by doing the work himeself rather than the old shop he used to work at taking the largest cut of the payment for the job. So, I saved an asbolute boatload of money, and he received a huge payout for it as well. That's a win win for both parties. He did the most clean install I've ever seen, and the control unit is hidden in the glove compartment up above with the holes custom cut and out of site (but still accessible when it's needed , and the wires all are covered and conceiled. This job was done properly with the wires spliced and joined, and not just a t-tap, etc. The infrared eye for the controller is near the windshield, and all the lights are secured with a little silicone on the ends, and a lot of wiring is ran into the interior through ways unseen. With the controller, all the lights would turn on at the same time. Now, I wanted control of the entire car in "Zones" so-to-speak. So, I bought a switchplate from Emblem-pro's that allows me to activate or deactivate different section of lights on my car . Doing things right (aka no short cuts obviously takes longer, but that's something I wanted, and something my friend Jesse wants as well and he wouldn't have it any other way. I learned a ton about electrical work, and I hope someday to do work like he did even on the smallest scale, lol.

I will be posting pictures not only in here, but also in a brand new thread reviewing AAC's products, and video will likely be included as well. I think you guys will REALLY enjoy what it looks like.

Pictures to come soon!

If you got that center console in let me know if you want to sell it. I got one but want a spare just in case lol

Thanks Steve! I appreciate that. I will definitely sell my console. How much is that thing worth? I haven't priced them yet. I need to today.

I'll definitely see you at the show. That is a true shame the LED's can't be used at the show, but that's alright. At least the headlights aren't chrome anymore, ha-ha. That was absolutely destroying the look.

Thanks Leo! Jesse was an absolute animal. I kept looking at him and saying "I don't know how the hell you're doing this man". We started at 9am and finished at 2am. It was amazing but it was cool to get it done at night to see what it looked like with the lights all on.

You're the man!! Thanks again. You did a hell of a job.

For anyone reading this thread and live in the SoCal area, Jesse (aka Third-Gen) can do any work you need right from his house. He is a professional installer, and will beat any shops prices and do a much better job. Let me know if you need his info, or contact him via PM directly!

Hey Tommy, I was going though some old folders on the old work hard drive, and found a ton of pics of your turbo kit install. If you want I can throw them up in one of my gallery pages on my website and you can link to them of you want?

That would be awesome. I don't have many pictures of the turbo install, so that would be perfect. If you have a website also to advertise your business, let me know, and we'll use my car to advertise work you've done.

No problem, I'll let you know when it's done. I'm trying to get it done before the weekend. I had to cut the holes out, and will epoxy mesh inside, then put the lights in there with either some silicone on each side to secure it or epoxy as well. These lights will be colorshift as well.
