Forgive my lack of knowledge for terminology... but are you referring to a muffler delete? If so, adding that amount of volume with headers is mind numbing.... I say go both. Flowmasters or Borla sound incredible with headers.
You will notice the most performance gain from LTs of any mods you have done to this point... as I did as well. Combining the TB, tune, LTs, and ADM will really wake up the L99. I only voted catback because LTs with off road or muffler deletes make my ears melt.

LT headers will give you gains + sound. The catback will only give you sound.

off-road pipes means no cats. long tube headers have the option to use cats or not. catback refers to everything behind where the cats are or would be

yes I know what a catback is and LTs offering both cat and catless, but never understood the whole off road terminology as if it hints to not being street legal... and the thread title had me thrown off.. OP, only negative I noticed going catless was emission and a funky smell lol. I went w/ cats on my kooks headers. I can't imagine having cats will hurt performance until you throw a blower on it...
