Well since this is a by the seat of the pants kind of build, I am making this up while we go.
I found a spiral staircase that I think will fit in nicely for access to the second story. What do you guys think?
I am going to try to give the facade of the apartment and downstairs level an old fashioned look to it. Maybe thirties kinda street feel.

A dumb waiter or freight elevator is best to get to the mezzanine level in Mike's palace. A block and tackle would work well.

Yep the is a horses life, eat, eat, eat. Sometimes they move around between meals. I call them hay burners, all but one are rescues.

Well it may not seem like it but they got a lot done today. About 3/4 of one end wall was sheeted and the frame for one of the dividing walls is up. Lost about 4 hours loading the monster aluminum tank you see back in the other pics. The tank was given to me about 10 years ago, but I never really needed it, sold it for enough to pay for all of the appliances for the kitchen.
Should move a little faster tomorrow.
