I got hail damage!...grr need some advice and info

1.My dilema is I heard our hoods are aluminum is this true?
2. The insurance company is wanting to do paintless dent repair should they not replace the decklid and hood and do that to the rest of the car since it is a 2011?
3. How much are new hoods from gm on the camaro?
4. Do I have any say period on what gets done to my car with the insurance company on the damage and how it is repaired?

If they can't repair the hood, the insurance will pay the price for a new hood plus paint. If you want to upgrade, you will have to pay the difference if there is any.

Do you work at MMAC? If so, the damage shouldn't be bad enough to require panel replacements, my car got damaged in the storm also.

Need some pictures. Depends on the number, size, and depths of the dents. Give us some pictures of what happened. Very, very sorry your car got damaged. Believe me I feel your pain.

His car got hit by the same hail mine did, penny size mostly. My initial damage was $1300, but the price could raise once they get it under the UV light to see the true number of dents.

The only time I've had to have a hood replace was my wifes hood, hit by quarter size hail, over $3000 worth of damage.

It was a sudden hail storm, alot of nice cars were parked there, and all of them got damage.
