Hey guys this is gonna sound funny.

However I do not have a 5TH GEN V6.

I need to know if the factory fuel rail has a test port with a -4an fitting on it like it didnt in the 4th gens.

Second I need to know where the horn is and if it is a 12v positive connection.

I will only have the car for 4 hours before driving and will only have the car for 24 hours total. lol

Pics would help as well.

I think it is a scharder valve, but remember this is a VERY high pressure system so don't think you'll plug your old 100psi test kit in.

But there is a schrader valve there?

I'm not looking into plugging in a test kit. I need a fuel supply.

street legal drag racing going on.

Since my 4th gen is still being rebuilt. And no one would race me on my bike there. I figure I could get some fun out of a base 300 hp car by adding a 75-100 extra ponies.

Last year there was a guy on here talking of renting a Camaro, running large amounts of nitrous, removing the interior and racing it.

It could easily handle 125 shot.. but seeing as you're renting and abusing someone else's property you can do a search for your pics on your own.

Really?!? You have a Camaro for 24-28 hours and you're going to race it? Either you are borrowing or renting. So either you are abusing a rental, or abusing a friend's trust. Either easy you are voiding the cars warranty. I hope you're renting. Because I'd hate to have a friend like you.

Now, if your friend knows exactly what you are doing and they're OK with it then I take my comments back. But this just sounds really shabby.

You know maybe we all have the OP wrong but then again maybe it would help if he would explain himself. The way I am looking at it this guy has ether borrowed a car from a friend, rented the car or maybe it a test drive from a dealership. But the way I see it, unless the owner of the car knows what you are doing with the car then don't expect for members of the forum to tell you how to abuse the car. Sure the car can handle a good shot but if what we have said is true and the real owner does not know what you are doing and the car grenades then what are you gonna do?

Friend lives a few hours away with a 5th gen 6er. He would like to put nitrous on his car for one night well borrowing one of my kits for a night of fun at the drag strip. Then why not ask him to send me a pic? Cause he doesnt know what the hell I'm talking about. Hence why I came to a forum specific for the car.

So yes I will only have the car 4 hours prior to the drag strip opening for the night. And 24 hours aka one day the kit will be on.

So can we get back to someone helping me out.

Sorry if we jumped to conclusions. However; we have had multiple people jump on the forums to brag about how they rented a Camaro, drag raced it, had burnout contests, did donuts in the local mall parking lot, installed nitrous and all sorts of things.

These people show a lack of respect for other people's property, and usually also act like they did nothing wrong and don't care about what they did to what will eventually be someone's personal property. These things will have warranty issues the eventual buyers had no idea were coming. Plus, they tend to come across as too lazy to do any work because they pop on, ask how to do something, then start bragging how they did "X" with a rental - OR- ask how to do "X" and then get mad when we don't tell them how to abuse other's property.

However, multiple people have given you the answer to your question if you are doing this totally above board.
1. Google search can turn up pictures of the engine compartment.
2. Forum search will turn up pictures of personal installs here.
3. Zex, N20 Outlet and Nitrous Express all have install instructions on their websites for download.

So, I guess you can either take the answers and do a little internet legwork if your legit, or drop the righteous indignation and admit you're too lazy to do legwork on a rental.
