i cant believe the amount of bugs/flies on my car every time i go outside

there are sometimes 50 different insects on it.

so my question is................................................ .

does synergy green attract more insects than other colors?

my car always seems to be covered with fly shit LMAO

it takes a long time with the detailer to get all those tiny black spots off LOL

i have a yellow SS, i live close to some woods...and its very strange to see all the bugs on the car... especialy when i wash it..

Yep my car attracts a lot of honey bees. What drives me crazy is when they come into the garage and don't want to leave.

My white sure as hell does. It's either that or the polish/wax I use. Almost every morning there's at least 5 or 6 DEAD spiders on my car.

Good to see I'm not the only one. I kind of agree with the "Bright/Vibrant Color" Theory though.

Bright colors and lights attract the bugs.
During the day they flock to the paint and at night they gather around the headlights.

Rally Yellow here. Always covered in bugs when I go out to it. A friend of mine was joking with me one day and said this:

-Him: Know what so many flys are on your car, right?
-Me: I dunno. The color I assume.
-Him: Nah, flys are just attracted to shit!

He was kidding, since he always says how he loves my car, and I still got a good laugh out of it lol.

When I wear my bright orange safety vest at work with some bright yellow on it bugs seem to cling onto it. They love those bright neon colors. I would assume yellow is the same, probably not so much green unless they think it's a moving bush.

My car is definitely a bug magnet. When I wash my car, I'll sometimes find swarms of bugs that landed on it and got stuck in the water.

Had a few yellow cars in the past and did many Show&Shines and yellow cars are always attrackting bugs....Same with white and green. Those are natures pale colors, so....

After a rainfall, there's hordes of little critters on mine, but whenever I'm at, say, my old man's house, there's none on his dark green Armada or beige Expedition. Always on my white one.

Same here, with my Rally Yellow paint. Wouldn't have stopped me from buying it if I knew about it in the first place, but they (bugs) do seem very attracted to it. I find them on my car in the morning and by the time I get to work they are ALL gone...I guess the little suckers just can't hold on with that much wind hitting them...Ha Ha.

ive seriously thought about getting a couple of those sonic bug repellers that you clip on yourself

maybe if i lay a few of them on the car it will keep the bugs off LOL

i hate working for 4 hours washing and detailing

only to come outside a few hours later to find it covered with black specks
