Great turnout..and where was the rain that some were leaving to avoid. haha..The guys at Hooters were shocked at the turnout. They really didnt think we were going to have an EVENT..just 15-20 cars..considering recent shows..I was hopeful..and it shows the manager said that for most of the afternoon he was busy with people from the show..so they want us back and soon!

When I pulled in with my GTO, I was kind of in the middle of the Camaro pack. I figured you guys all wanted to park together, so that was why I pulled out of the line and parked across the parking lot, next to the Mustang for you guys.

Not a bad little show for a first time at that place.

Thats what everyone said..even hooters..like I said They thought it was just another club thing where 10-15 cars showed up..manager was happy..we were asked back

But more important where were you man..saw the car..got video of it..but missed you..I even went around and asked ..you own the GTO..you own the GTO...lol

Sorry, I was too tired last night to post any words, so I'll do it now:

I want to thank everyone who showed up for coming out. Some of you did have a long trip, yet you made it anyway. Even Havok's dad came up! It was good to see him too! While we were sitting inside the restaurant, we saw two other Camaros pull in (and out). I think one of them was 2010 Bumblebee. The other one from RI who parked at the back of the lot, was that you Finest? And Northeast, that's funny that you rolled in with us in your GTO! I would never have known! You should have introduced yourself - I would have liked to have met you.

Congrats to SSMOKN for wining one of the Hooter's Choice awards - nice picture BTW

We had a few new members yesterday show up as well, so it's always good to see the new faces.

While it was hot, the weather did hold out...and there were nice cold refreshment available inside (with some good eye candy as well). So I have to say Z28, that it was a great venue to have such an event. What I have to laugh about is that we as a club rolled in with the number of cars that the Hooters manager expected as the turn out. Just goes to show that if you have the show in a good location, you'll have a good turn out. So thanks to you Z28 and to Scott as well. (I'm not saying that Uno's was bad either - they have a great parking lot for a car show, and good food there too). And you are welcome to use the picture. I'll have some of them up on FB when I get a chance too.

As for the "after party"...well...yep, that was fun too. I was there 600...where were you?
