Not to hijack your thread, but I took a friend of mine for a ride in my Camaro last week. He is in a wheelchair and cannot drive a car unless it is modified for him to drive with his hands only. So we had lunch then afterwards went for a cruise for a while. He was so happy and loved the car. He is now looking into seeing if one can be modified for him to drive

Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

I was somewhat concerned about starting this thread, I was worried about the replies I would receive. I must say I am overwhelmed by all the positive feedback, it's awesome! Caramo owners are in a class by themselves and I am glad to call myself a Camaro owner!!

Thanks! That looks similar to the way he has his van setup, but the guy that did his van isn't around in the area anymore. I will definitely show this to him and see what he says. I know it'll put a smile on his face!

That powerwheel Camaro is sweet!! I had a corvette powerwheel when I was little!

My best friend's 3 y.o. daughter keeps asking to ride in my car. I told her I didn't think the car seat would fit (I know it will with some effort, but I don't feel like dealing with it. haha) and she snaps back at me and says, "Yeah huh... you just put it in through the hole." (between the seats.)

She hasn't let it go since I got the car. Her dad is a big Camaro buff so he couldn't be more pleased that she loves Harleys and Camaros.

Kids love it. My twin 7yr olds have sat in my lap and steered at about 5mph in a deserted parking lot. One if my girls asked if she could do a quarter run with me at the strip. And i quote " i can wear my bike helmet" lmao. She loves watching me drag and wants in on the action.

100% certainty. She LOVES all things Camaro. She is patiently waiting for the big Camaro rally here in March. Asks about it everyday. She is 7 and can tell you what comes on the RS package and points out the difference in the SS from a V6. Lmao

My 10 year old neighbor boy asked me one day if I could pull my Camaro out of the garage so he could show it to his buddy. Of course I did it, plus I let them sit in it for awhile and took their pictures.

I guess our "cool" Camaro's appeal to people of all ages.
