I picked up my Camaro from Webster Motors here in Cody on June 16th. She's a Silver Ice Metallic 2SS w/ the RS package...and I'm in love with her. I have big plans for her in the near future. I'll be ordering the first "wave" of upgrades in 5 days. Pics and Videos are soon to come! My last car was a 2005 Mazda6, so this is about the best possible upgrade for a 21 year old Wyomingite like myself. Pic related (Its my first/biggest modification to my car):

Thanks. The best part is since I traded that little green monster in for the silver bullet, I wound up paying less than $25K for my Camaro

I wish I could, but here in Wyoming its state law to have front plates. I thought about putting it in the windshield, but that caused visibility issues. I need to get one of those motorized mounts that retracts the plate under the front bumper.

Well, I'll begin ordering all the goodies tomorrow. I'm absolutely stoked to install them. Until then, here's some more pics of the adventures we've had.

Here she is the day of sale. They washed her once I bought her of course.

This could use some work.

All this has got to go.

This should get her cleaned up. I was actually really surprised at how little hydroplaning I noticed even though there was so much rain on the road.

Not 10 minutes later, it was dry as a bone outside and I had to stop for this. I must live in Wyoming or something.

Alright, all the parts are ordered! I just got back to my college town for school (a 400+ mile drive). The car got an average of 23.5 miles to the gallon, but I was even more please to see that Premium gas here is only about $3.50 a gallon. I play a game called "Gran Turismo 5" which has a built in photo mode in which you can take pictures of the in-game cars, so naturally I took pics of my car. Pics are attached. God I love this game.

If you ever do, be sure to visit in your Camaro and hit the Beartooth Highway. Its probably the most amazing drive in America and is absolutely fantastic if you do it in a sportscar.

Took my engine cover off today in anticipation of the new parts to find about an inch of dust on everything. Nothing a wet rag couldn't take care of. I think it looks much better with no cover.

Yeah, a couple of guys talked/posted pics about it in a tread about engine covers. I need to find out what hose I need and where I can get it. Those things are ugly and probably dont help the heat issue too much. I must hide them at once!

Yeah, that hunk of plastic looked like sh!t. I didn't even like the painted ones. Besides, when you own a beast, you don't doll it up and make it look pretty. You show it off in its raw form, to scare off all the rustangs and brodozers

P.S. People, new parts are coming in on Tuesday. I hope to get all the stuff installed ASAP when it all gets here, so keep a lookout for a bunch of new pictures and maybe a video

First of my upgrades came in this morning. Thanks to Juiced1 for selling me this awesome CAI. Was extremely easy to install, and makes the car sound so much better. I'll report back on engine response improvements after I take her for a spin tonight after I get the other stuff installed.

Well, finally got the exhaust on. Its the Corsa cat-back system. Took about 1.5 hours to install. I absolutely love the sound.
