Thinking about longtubes
I have a E-force supercharged 2010 camaro that I'm thinking about putting long tubes on. My questions are:
1) How are the new TSP headers? 2) Ceramic coated or not? 3) My injectors are pretty close to being maxed out will I need to replace them if I get headers? 4) How much boost on average will I lose? Im currently about 8 psi 5) Out of DT's or TSP which would you recommend and why. I dont think its really needed to spend upwards of 1200-1500 for a set of name brand headers when DT, TSP etc are showing the same gains if not more. Thanks in advance for the info.

I can comment on the new TSP headers. I installed them on a friends car and they fit perfect. They bolted right up to his existing magnaflow cat back. The whole job took 2 1/2 hours to install. They have a polished finish and look very nice uncoated. I haven't seen DT headers so I can't comment. I have seen and installed ARH and Kooks, they also fit perfect but cost quite a bit more than the TSP headers.

Also from what I understand, with longtubes, you will have less boost in the engine, but will still make the same amount of power. Because the exhaust flows better with the headers, the boost doesn't build up as much in the engine. But thats good, because thats less strain on the motor, and your still making the same amount of power....Thats what I read on here on another post.
