Innovative Detialing

Going to meet up with dave at innovative tomorrow at 1 to take a look at my black camaro. Stoked to see if he can bring her back to life and get some of the annoying sprider swirls and water spotting out of her and bring back her show car finish!

GREAT! I find when a car looks good the rest of it gets taken care of a lot better and therefore lasts longer and keeps a higher value. You can't loose and you get to enjoy a "new" looking ride. SHINE ON!

Yup, in this instance you can usually judge a book by its cover, if someone is meticulous about the outside of the car you know they are taking care of their love on the inside too!

Agreed. Heard he was one of the best on the west coast so i figured he should be worth the 70 mile drive 1 way. Lol. These black cars are no joke when it comes to maintaining the exterior..

You might want to check out Blackfire products to keep it looking new. A little pricey but that's all I use now. I think they are running a sale that ends today. They make a special black wax for your shine!

Here with Dave at innovative. Great guy. Worked a few spots on my car to show me a before/after and i felt extremely comfortable leave it in his hands. His shop is just one garage but man is it clean and stocked with a car detailing products piled high. This shop would be a detail enthusiast heaven. Pictures to come when i get home.

Ill shoot you a PM.

Also, dave was mentioning having a small training for us C5 guys potentially some day soon so we can rally up a few locals and go into his shop for a training on a difficult car that way we can pick up a few techniques to maintain it.

Good choice going to Dave. I live 5 minutes from his shop. I do my own detailing but I have seen his work. You are in good hands.

I quickly realized that my decision (which was well planned and thought out) was one that i would not regret. And this is coming from a guy who has taken his car to the shops that are immediately regretful following the pickup of the vehicle.. lol

Needless to say. I am happy with how the car turned out. I am sure most on this forum can relate.. Little imperfections on our vehicles will take a nice spot in our Being that will haunt us until they are corrected.

Ready for Show and Go

Glad it turned out well.
Looking down the road I'm thinking about Supercar Sunday for July (it's on the 5th - but in 4th of July weekend)
Also thinking about Islands in Newbury Park the Saturday night before.
What do you think?

In my opinion the cost varies depending on things like.. What condition the paint is in, how big of a surface the defect is covering, ECT.. Its best to just talk with mike to get the quote.
