What dash trim pieces can u paint to match the color of car thanks

what do you mean "what dash trim pieces" Do you mean the grey pieces? Yes, they can be removed and painted

Yes you can paint them. You would just need to sand them down a bit first.

You should check out www.automotivetouchup.com I've gotten all the paint (IOM) I've used to paint my stuff, it matched Perfect, just Clear Coated it all...
