To take a different tone looking at the water ports the block takes the same pump that eighty bagillion newer GMs are using. What kind of cooling upgrades planning?

I would think that maybe a radiator at the most. It gets really miserably hot and humid demanding greater capacity for more heat produced from the more hp produced. I am willing to bet Andy has an idea on this already.

Finally going in!!!!

We got all the testing done on the stock engine that we needed,It is time to install the new power plant.

Today I decided to completely finish the engine assembly and prepare it for its install tommorow.

Here are the pics with the 2" American Racing Headers Installed sitting on the stand .....

We have 3 cams-

The 1st camshaft of choice made 630hp and 580 tq on the engine dyno at Lingenfelter back in Feb.

We will see,I was in Cali this last week taking a little needed vacation.I had breakfast with a friend of mine from Magnacharger the day I was catching my flight out.We spoke about possibly making this vehicle E-85 TVS 2300 427

For now it is N/A.

Had a turbo system all lined out but time is not on my side right now,I have a backlog of business that must come first.Your going to see alot of Camaro's come out of my shop over the next few months

As far as I know, Andy was also the first to shove a 427 in a TBSS...not much grass growing under his feet in TX for sure.

You will be very happy with your engine choice. I love my 427 set-up. Mike @ Rapid Motorsports built mine. Keep posting on the build.

After riding in Andy's TBSS I had to do something to my TBSS that was at 405rwtq. So Andy had built a 441 CI LS-3 base engine for my trailblazer. I also had him take care of having my tranny built to hold the additional torque. This is a torque animal at 478 rwtq. I have surprised many Pontiac GTO's and Mustang GT's among others. Thinking about puting this motor in my Camaro. With a MUCH lighter drivetrain, tranny, and wheels I would expect 500rwtq with the 6 speed. Food for thought.
