Wow I just got my new ss emblem for my truck and I ****ed up by putting it upside down wow $150 for nothing

Use a heat gun (Hair Dryer) to get it off in one piece, then use 3M tape to put it back on correctly. You didn't lose anything.

What he said...I took off original ss emblems and put them under camaro emblem using same method....no issues

I was only laughing bc I did the same thing with my SS emblems on my car. Good news is flossed them off 3m tapped back on works perfect.

Exactly...It's not unfixable...It just came with 3M on it anyway...Scrape it off the emblem, carefully remove the residue from the truck, and try again. No biggie...

its been said......but just take it off as discribed, then take all the original tape off and go to your local auto parts store and buy some 3M Molding tape. Thats what it made for and pit it back on.

Use Goof-Off (find it Ace Hardware) to remove the old adhesive residue from both the body and the badge.

Thanks guys got off the emblem and on my way to get the tape but yea I was upset when I realized it that I put my military Id to try to take it off my id is ****ed but what lol

Click the "Go Advanced" button beneath the text box and then scroll down to "manage attachments."

Make sure your picture is only 800x600 or it won't work.
