I think GM cheaped out on the "SS" logo on the Camaro. It's a tiny little cheap looking piece of plastic that looks like it can be removed with two fingers. We should of gotten something like the 60's camaros. Makes the car look more mean and the rear logo is too small looking.

I'm not one who likes flashy logos but the v6 and v8 models look so much alike that a bigger better SS logo could of set them apart. a side SS logo would of been nice too.

Maybe it was a weight/cost issue?

It works for me. I like the look of the older styles, but I don't think it quite fits the newer cars. I don't have a better suggestion though, so I don't have a problem with it.

i think the ones we have are great. they fit really well with the current 'SS' theme that's been going for the last 6 years.

and nothing short of a heat gun will easily take those emblems off without seriously hurting your paint

I like understated nature of it. By the time the other guy figures it out he is left standing!

That's the reason behind their design. The SS and RS emblems are intentionally small.

why did gm dump the red white and blue logo?like in my avatar? i liked it on the f-bodys. When i see those colors together i automatically think camaro

Keep it small and clean.

If you want something large and obnoxious I'm sure you can go to the local flea market and get something suitable. LOL !!!!

I don't think anybody is advocating large and obnoxious. But they don't have to be tiny to be clean.

I may be the minority on this one (or possibly the only one?), but I actually don't really like the "SS" or the "CAMARO" being directly on the front/center of the car like the older ones did. I think the bowtie is much more fitting, and the SS/RS badges add the perfect accent. I love the font on these, and I especially love the "CAMARO" badge on the side of the car. I wish that this same badge was on the passenger dash, like someone photoshopped before...

Old logo makes me think of a Brazillian Flag every time.

And as far as being flimsy, those things are STUCK on. Forget about super glue, I think GM uses The Force to put those things on. Your wheels will come off before those emblems will.

I took care of that look by ordering a set of valve caps that match that.

And, I'm probably being a little sensitive, but lets not be too harsh in our criticism's, whatever they may be.

GM did a WONDERFUL job with the new Camaro.
