Very nice. Sounds about like what we discussed in 296 a couple weeks ago. See you tomorrow!

Number 3, you have been consistant with your assesment of both cars the whole time. That's very encouraging. I don't know if maybe I should switch to the V6. You sure do make it sound appealing. It's probably too late for me but anyone getting the Lt should feel pretty good about it.

It's great to see a write up from someone who has actually spent time behind the wheel of both cars, for more then just a test weekend or week, or whatever. They can pick and point, and lots of times see things the short quick tests just won't pick up.

Thanks #3!

Oh No!!
You are going to wish you could take this back.

"I did hear today, though, that at least some of the CTF cars with the up level interior are getting the door and IP trim replaced with ABL. Hoping Number 296 is on that list".

Guys are beat that like a dead horse!!

Hopefully this won't start anything. It's been understood that the 2LT and 2SS CTF cars were built with 1LT and 1SS trims. So going back and updating the cars to be the same as what is currently being built in Oshawa should not get anyone too excited. I hope.

Hey Number 3, now that I know you are part of an Engineering team, what parts are your team responsible for -- if you don't mind me asking.

BTW, great write up. I believe your assessment to be about as real as it comes.

Oh, one more thing -- who can I contact at GM to BEG them to make the LS-7 Camaro wheels available through GM parts? My wife LOVES those wheels and tires. I really like them too, but she is nuts over them.

Thanks again Number 3.

What will get people excited was the fact that you wrote "IP" and "ABL" in the same sentence.

To John Q. Public, the ABL is doors only. You may have let a proverbial cat out of it's bag *crosses fingers*

Now...where is that horse?

Ok so I actually went to bed early last night. We had blizzard conditions all day and I actually thought the forum was a little slow last night......Big mistake on my part. Number 3 posted one of the best most honest reviews out there. It is always a pleasure to read his posts but this one went above and beyond. Thanks for taking the time to really sit back and think about your cars, your likes and your dislikes. I am sure kyou havve to turn in some kind of report to GM on your CTF cars but thanks for turning one in to us.
