Any time you remove your struts then you need an alignment. The fact that you are changing the ride height makes it doubly so.

Hey Tpower! Yep, anytime you change your ride height, you should have an alignment done. Here is the spec sheet for what we recommend for an alignment.

You may have also came across information about "timing" your control arm bushings when installing a lowering spring package. Timing the bushings when you lower the car is a great idea, but not mandatory. The idea behind it is to rotate the bushings in the arms so that they are settled at your new ride height. The actual change in rotation is VERY minimal and will have little effect on the overall ride of your new springs, but it is in good practice. If you have the time to go through your suspension's control arms to loosen and re-clock them to your new ride height, then we recommend it.

The bushings you want to attend to are -

-the rear upper and lower control arm inside bushings (where they attach to the subframe, the upper will be difficult)
-the tie rod bushings
-the trailing arm bushings
-the front lower control arm bushings
-the front trailing arm bushings

If you need further clarification on anything give us a call or PM us. We are here to help.

Our stage 2 package sure does transform the car. Here is an email we received a few days ago with some feedback on our Sway bar and spring package (Stage 2):

Quote:
Installed the sway bars on my Camaro this morning. WOW!!!! Exactly the change I was looking for. Totally transformed the car into something that is fun to drive. Before the car was sort of thrilling to drive, but not really fun. It just felt too big and heavy. These bars really changed it into a much lighter, much more nimble feeling car. BTW we removed the stock front bar without cutting it or loosening the engine mts. Bit of a chinese puzzle, but definitely doable.
Thanks Clay for the email!

You'll be extremely happy with it!
I have the Pfadt Stage 2 on my personal Camaro, and I love it!
It looks the way it should have looked from the factory, and handles even better than it should have from the factory!
