Dynomax VT Axle Back Exhaust

Just installed my Dynomax VT axleback and I absolutely love it. I was curious about the valve technology and it works as advertised. If you go on You tube DanWilliamsPE has some great sound clips. No drone once you get off the gas and you can tell when the valve opens and closes. Jegs had them for $445 and there was a $75 rebate. The clamps supplied are good enough to use without welding so a home install is easy with a reciprocating saw. Sound is deep and only there when you get on it like the MRT 2.0. Best of all the tips look great and the "silver suitcases" are gone! I have included some pics and a pic of the valve in the muffler. I was going with the MRT 2.0 but changed my mind at the last minute and I am very happy with these. Louder than stock only when you want them to be. Deep tone and the tips really dress it up nice.

Not sure on the HP gain...mostly got it for looks and sound. I am putting some clips together. This guy has some great clips that capture the sound.

Quiet at idle doesn't necesarily mean "bad" at WOT. Sounds good reminds me of Magnaflow. Slap some headers on there and your roaring to go.

I've been running the Dynomax VT's since they came out and I absolutely love the sound out of them. I just bought them separately from JEGS and put on 4" Flowmaster tips on mine.
