All these new info all at once, almost daily is very exciting and awesome, but one detail still remains. THE CURB WEIGHT! Why can't they just release that one spec already! Either (hopefully) it's gonna be a surprise and shock us all, or they are holding off because they are humiliated by how much this thing weighs.

Is their a specific date for the price releasing? I have heard November...and I honestly have no idea..I'm guessing it will cost lower than the ctsv which starts at 64...so I'm praying this car will start at 48-52?? Close range with the shelby?

Sorry, spread the word!
The actual allotment information will not be released until October 24th. At this point anything you have heard from ANYONE is speculation. The allotment schedule will be available the 24th with the first consensus being early November. The dealers will find out how many and when on the 24th.

Right now it's a waiting game. Don't get your pants in a bind... If you want a ZL1, GM will build it. I agree the 2012 will be limited bc it's only half the model year. Ordering for the 2013 will begin early June so there is only 6 months of 2012 orders so by that, yes the 12 will be "limited". If you want a 12 tho, better be on the ball as they may go fast... No pun intended

No. Expect pricing about mid-November.

I'm expecting base price, low $50k with 3 packages... 1ZL, 2ZL, 3ZL with them topping out mid $60k a hair more than a Shelby... just like the SS is a hair more than a GT 5.0

Not trying to nit pick, but please do tell what you think the different levels would be and what makes them different from each other.
