Has anyone swapped a6 stock exhaust for m6 stock exhaust for m6

The m6 stock exhaust sounds much better then the stock a6 exhaust.
Has anyone tried swapping the a6 for the m6??

Here's a thread.

I sold him my ls3 exhaust. I've seen both exhaust side by side. The a6 is more restrictive than the m6

Thanks for the thread.
Around here most guys are doing cat back replacements and just leaving the stock exhaust behind. So I should be able to get a cat back fairly easily and try the swap too.

I have the SLP axel back Powerflo on at the moment but they are not loud enough.
They have a nice rumble but I want more volume. I'm hoping the stock cat back to them will do the trick sound wise.

Only difference is the resonators. I say ONLY, but the resonators on the LS3 exhaust are almost non-existent, while L99 resonators are like a 3rd muffler

The resonators look like monsters compared to the M6 ones.

Cut your resonators out.
