Now Offering Subwoofer Enclosure for 2011 Convertibles!!!

Miranda Built now has MB Factory Fit subwoofer enclosures for the 2011 Camaro Convertible. The enclosure is loaded with a single 10" subwoofer and it fits into the passenger rear side of the trunk. The enclosure is formed to allow the factory slide to function regularly so that it doesnt interfere with the top. These enclosures are 100% fiberglass and are wrapped in factory matching charcoal gray carpet. We are a new sponsor to this site and wanted to do a special kind of Grand Joining promotion so we have decided to offer Camaro5 members this deal. We are offering this enclosure loaded with a 10" subwoofer from Image Dynamics, a Rockford Fosgate PBR300x1 amplifier, all the necessary wiring, and installation for $625. This setup retails for over $900! Thats more than 30% off to Camaro5 members. If you are not close enough to us to get it installed we will trade out the free installation for free shipping!

What can I answer for you? I personally designed and fabricated these enclosures so ask me anything.

How entailed is the install and how detailed are the install instructions? I don't mind at all following instructions... it is the field engineering that kills me. ;-)

The installation is actually fairly simple in the camaro because you dont have to go to the front of the car with the wires. There are two speaker wires that you would hook to the stock subwoofer wires in the vehicle. Then there is a power that needs to be connected to the battery and a ground that needs to be grounded to the vehicle. And that is it! We even have the wires measured out and pigtailed and the fuse holder installed on the power wire. We have made it as simple as possible for anybody to do. The instructions tell how to remove panels, route wires, and connect the wires. Of course if you run into any problems you can give us a call and we will walk you through whatever you are having an issue with. thanks

We have had alot of people requesting this enclosure have a speaker grill so we are adding it to the package at no additional charge. Anyone who has already ordered will also be recieving a speaker grill in their order. The grill we are using is removable so if you dont want it let us know and we will leave it out. Thanks

Where is the Rockford Fosgate amp installed at? Can it accept line level inputs, or does it have to come from the stock subwoofer wires? I am thinking of using a JL Audio XD400/4 to replace the factory amp and send the subwoofer output to the Rockford Fosgate. Would this work? Which sub model is included? Can you post a picture of the speaker grill?

We are selling the enclosure for $350. We would have to figure out if your woofer will fit though. This enclosure is tight and a deep subwoofer may not fit. Thanks

We have been mounting the amp on the top ledge of the enclosure up near the seat back. The amp does have both RCA and high level inouts. Yes it would work to run the Rockford amp from the outputs od your JL amp. We are including the Image Dynamics CTX 10".

5.25" is the depth withreasonable space around the woofer magnet for cooling.
